When you book online, simply tick the webcheck-in box and we will check you into your room prior to arrival – make sure you advise us of your estimated time of arrival on your booking form.
Check-in time is from 2.00pm at all hotels. All arrivals prior to this time are on a request basis only dependant on hotel availability.
When you arrive at the hotel, go to the dedicated Rydges PriorityGUEST member check-in line and you will be handed keys to your room. It’s as simple as that.
